Fuzzy-Sliding mode control for 3 degree of freedom human arm model while playing violin

چکیده مقاله
Music in general has always played a major role in human lives through history. Musical instruments usually differ from one continent to another, but some of them are known and played worldwide. One of these instruments which is common almost in every part of the world due to its exclusive features such as its similarity to human voice, its capability to produce a large range of pitch and volume, its extraordinary potential for nuanced performance , its potential to produce continuous frequency and etc is the violin. Bow techniques are quite important in playing Violin. In this study, right hand movement of a violinist is modeled considering of planar three links and a biomechanic test is done considering motion analysis and muscle EMG . This test is done by Qualisys -Quality Motion Capture System- while sensors are gathering data from Latissimus Dorsi, upper part of Trapezius, middle part of Deltoid, Pectoralis major, Biceps, Triceps, Flexor Carpi Radialis and Extensor Carpi Radialis muscles. The kinematics and dynamics of the three-joint planar arm model is formulated. Also Fuzzy-Sliding mode method is used as the nonlinear control method.
